BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Behaviors that we find challenging are often the person's attempt to communicate, to gain respect, to control what happens to him, to keep safe, to manage fear or anxiety, or to escape unpleasant task. It is our responsibility to learn what the person is teaching us through his behavior" (Therapeutic Options, Inc.) Therefore a self- study package is put together to train both professional and paraprofessional individuals in the basic application of behavior modification techniques.
